Directions
Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Ingredients
Optive Fusion UD is a unit dose, preservative free sterile solution which contains sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%, glycerin 1.0%, erythritol 0.5% and levocarnitine 0.25%.

Cautionary Instructions
Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not swallow solution. To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not touch bottle tip on any surface, and avoid contact with the eye. Do not use after expiry date marked on the product. Allow 5 minutes between the administrations of other ophthalmic products. Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature. For single use only. Ensure that the unit-dose vial is intact before use. Do not use if packaging shows evidence of tampering. Discard vial immediately after use. Do not use if solution changes colour or becomes cloudy. Keep away from sunlight. Should transient blurred vision occur after use, do not drive or operate machinery until vision has cleared. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists.
