Refund policy

Purchased healthcare item is non-refundable and non-exchangeable to ensure the hygiene and safety of our products.

PHARMCARE is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us at 8264 1065 (during office hours) within 5 working days of receiving the items to inform us of your request.

All requests for return/ refund will be reviewed by PHARMCARE and approval is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

  • Product must be returned in its original purchase condition
  • Packaging must remain intact and not damaged in any way
  • Items purchased as a set must be returned in whole

When the request is approved, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement (subject to availability) of the affected product. You may also request a PAYNOW refund for the affected product.
